We offer two convenient ways of ordering :

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept Mastercard and Visa. If you are ordering by phone and intend to pay by cheque, we will give you the total and hold the order until the cheque has cleared.

SHIPPING

Shipping or delivery charges are an additional fee. We will confirm shipping/delivery charges via e-mail or fax upon request.

We ship by Canada Post or Canpar.
Please notify us if you have not received your order within 4 days.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If any item is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on tea and food items that have been opened. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on special or custom orders.

To return an item, please indicate the reason for your return on your receipt, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your receipt, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.Returns should be sent to:

For your security, please ship your return via insured Canada Parcel Post and retain your receipt. The Bloomfield Carriage House Restaurant Inc. is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
